Is there a minimum order quantity?

Can I order bundles or package deals?

Yes. We offer bundles designed for value and consistency, available in popular packages. Options include 10 High Vis, 10 Caps and 1 Polo, 1 Softshell, 1 Hoodie.

Can discount codes be used on bundles?

Discount codes are generally for online transactions and may not apply to existing deals such as bundles and wearer packs. If you are unsure whether a code will apply to your basket, please contact us through The Clothing Company contact page.

How does artwork approval work?

Orders requiring new artwork are not started until artwork is approved. If you need to change the design, artwork or order details, please submit changes in writing. Where changes create additional costs or affect delivery timelines, we will confirm this before proceeding.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes must be requested in writing and may affect both cost and delivery timelines, particularly if new artwork or revised layouts are required. If you need to discuss changes quickly, use our contact details so we can advise on the best next step.

Do you accept returns?

You may return items from our standard website range within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and suitable for resale. Items that have been embroidered, badged or printed are not returnable unless incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty. Full terms are available on terms and conditions.

What if there is a fault, shortage or delivery issue?

If you believe goods have arrived with damage, shortages, production errors or non-delivery, notify us by telephone within 48 hours and confirm in writing within 3 working days of dispatch. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue in line with our policy set out in our terms and conditions.

How long do returns take to process?

Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed after they are received. Where the return is due to our error or a fault is confirmed, we will also cover return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds.

Do you offer quality assurance?

Are colours on screen accurate?

We make every effort to represent colours clearly, but screens can vary and garment colours may not match exactly. If colour matching is critical for your uniform, contact us through our team and we will advise on the best approach.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing can vary by brand and garment type. We recommend checking the sizing guide on the relevant product page before ordering. Where are you based and where do you deliver?

How do I get a quote or place an order?

Do you refuse certain designs or wording?

Yes. We may refuse orders at our discretion for offensive words, slogans or graphics, and for copyrighted material. This is covered within our terms and conditions.
